Code of Business Conduct
OPG’s Code of Business Conduct is based on principles of integrity, excellence and citizenship and is reinforced by corporate policies and procedures.
- Dam Safety Policy

Ontario Power Generation dams shall be designed, constructed, operated and maintained in a safe manner which will comply with all Regulatory requirements. The underlying philosophy in the practices adopted shall be that OPG will manage the residual risks associated with dams and their operation, and where appropriate seek means to reduce those risks.

The Disclosure Policy ensures that public communications with respect to Ontario Power Generation are informative, timely, factual, and accurate and disclosed in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Environment Policy outlines OPG's commitment to continually strive to improve its environmental performance through several guiding principles.
- Nuclear Safety Policy

Ontario Power Generation is committed to provide all prudent and necessary resources required to operate nuclear stations in a safe, reliable manner, secure nuclear sites, safeguard nuclear materials, safeguard health and safety of workers, public and environment from radiological hazards, and prevent and mitigate the consequences of accidents, in compliance with applicable laws.
