Ontario Power Generation

OPG offers Ontario teachers free electricity resource kits to help teach electricity in the classroom. OPG has developed the resources in consultation with science educators across the province. The resources align to curriculum expectations in the Ontario Curriculum, 2007 and the Ontario Curriculum, 2008.

For the 2009/2010 school year, we offer a brand new kit for Grade 1, an updated kit for Grade 6, and an enhanced kit for Grade 9 with our first How It Works: Electricity Generation Teacher's Guide.
